Adherence Corporation is a public charity under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Tax Code.

  It was Incorporated as a Non Profit organization with the State of Florida on March 20, 2006. All necessary records are available for public inspection upon request.

   Adherence Corporation is a gradual progression of an original social group called BHIVE (Be HIV Empowered) in November of 2002. It began with monthly meetings and social events planned around the Tampa Bay area and evolved into Adherence Corporation. Which became more involved in all facets of the HIV/AIDS community through social events and social interaction, supporting other Charity organizations, and producing the monthly “We Care” Calendar (keeping thousands informed of Local Events).            

      Adherence to drug combination therapies directly relate to increased health care costs and government programs, resistance to medications, poor health & death. The charitable services provided by the Adherence Corporation will lessen the financial burden on local, state and federal governments and their agencies.  Our Business plan provides relief of those health systems and persons distressed and underprivileged in society by HIV/AIDS and other chronic diseases.
