Adherence Corporation agrees to the Confidentiality and Privacy of all members and associates in this organization; and shall not at any time or in any way, either directly or indirectly,  divulge, disclose, or communicate in any manner any confidential information without the written consent of the individual to whom the information pertains. Confidential health information is privileged and legally protected from disclosure under Florida Statutes 384.34 (6) and by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

    Adherence Corporation is committed to your privacy. Any information that is obtained or given to us is treated with the utmost respect and security. Information will never be shared with any third party without the prior express written consent of the individual. However, Adherence Corporation may be required to provide generic statistical information (demographics) about clientele and services provided in order to obtain or maintain funding/grants for such services. Adherence Corporation shall only release such information as needed to government and private funding sources for the purpose of program assessment and funding evaluation.
